One Day Meeting: BMVA Symposium on Digital Humans

Call for Presentations

We’re looking to bring together researchers and engineers across academia and industry for a one-day meeting covering everything to do with Digital Humans and Avatars. Please consider submitting your work, which may be at any stage from ideation to already published work, if it fits the theme. Some example areas include, but are not limited to:

• 3D Morphable Models
• Avatar Generation
• Animation methods
• Biomechanics
• Digital Humans for Medical Applications
• Human and Object Interactions
• Human and Scene interactions
• Lip Sync Models
• Motion Generation
• Neural Rendering for Faces/Bodies
• Optimisation and Registration
• Performance Capture/MoCap
• Relighting Humans
• Skeleton and Muscle Modeling
• Talking Head Generation
• Virtual Try-on

Presentations can be either published work, or ongoing research.

The deadline for submitting a presentation is the 28th March

Registration

We keep the cost of attending these events as low as possible to ensure no barriers from the whole computer vision community attending. The registration costs are as follows
